Most in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Do you offer gift wrapping services for registry purchases?
Yes, we pride ourselves on our signature fête presentation. You can select our premium gift wrapping option during the checkout process, which includes a hand-written note and high-quality packaging.
What is your return policy for fragile items and decor?
We accept returns on most unused items within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the damage to arrange a replacement.
