At fête Registry & Gifts, we want you to love every piece you select for your home. If a gift or purchase isn't quite right, we accept returns on most unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or update your registry credit within 5-7 business days.
